An energy storage battery pack is only as reliable as the line that built it. From cell inspection to final packaging, every stage decides whether the pack still holds capacity after years of cycling.
From Cell to Module
Assembly starts with incoming inspection: cells are checked for capacity, internal resistance and voltage consistency, and any unit outside specification is rejected. They are cleaned, welded to busbars and insulated before being grouped into modules, which may include liquid cooling plates to control heat.
BMS Integration and Pack Assembly
The BMS is the control layer. Sensors and control units are calibrated to monitor state of charge, cell balancing and temperature. Modules are then mounted in an enclosure that resists impact, moisture and dust, with thermal management completing the build.
Testing, Traceability and Packaging
Finished packs run through charge-discharge cycles, voltage checks, insulation resistance tests and load verification. Serialization keeps every unit traceable, and labels carry model, date and safety information.
